The master plan is built around open space and community living across the 11.15-acre site. Six blocks are laid out to leave room for landscaped areas and native plantations, walking and cycling tracks, parks and playgrounds, with the clubhouse and recreation centre serving the community. The plan is indicative and subject to approval; final layouts are confirmed at launch.

What does the Sattva Hill View master plan include?
Six blocks are placed across the 11.15 acres so that the built footprint leaves the majority of the site to open space: landscaped areas planted with native species, walking and cycling tracks, parks and playgrounds, with the clubhouse and recreation centre sited to serve all six blocks. The towers rise to 3B + G + 46 floors and together hold 997 apartments in configurations to be confirmed at launch. The layout shown is indicative and subject to sanction; block positions, open-space allocation and the final unit mix are confirmed at launch.
